Our AC died on a Sunday afternoon in August. I called 1CoolAir not expecting anyone to answer. Lazard picked up personally, walked me through some troubleshooting, and when that didn’t work, he was at our house within 2 hours. Fixed a blown capacitor and had us cooling again by dinner time. Honest, fair, and truly available when others aren’t.

I’ve had other companies try to sell me a whole new system when I just needed a repair. Lazard came out, diagnosed a clogged drain line and a dirty filter, cleared it all out, and charged me a very fair price. He even showed me what he was doing. I’ll never call anyone else.
